But I wasn't selected for NS.
I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing really. If i was selected,I'll go with an open heart.
But since I'm not,I also don't really mind.

Anyway,I've been going to the gym for a few weeks already,and I personally think that I haven't seen much results.
When I get out from the gym,I feel like my bodyfat percentage has dropped like hell,but sadly I gain them all back because of the shit food I eat.
Example of the shit I eat?

Oily potatoes,chicken fats and skin,babi and even those salted ducks. SHIT!! That's a NONO!

This is how I am going to train for the next two months. I cannot go to the gym cuz I am going to start work pretty darned soon,so I've decided to make a plan. A routine i guess.

Body Parts

Although I do find that bodybuilding.com has taught me a lot about muscles and my body,there are a bunch of serious bullshit that can be ignored.
Such as 3 day programmes to gain mass. Bullshit~.....

Here's my programme.Trust me 1/2 of the names of the excercises don't exist. I make them up,so don't google it.

Monday,Wednesday,Friday

  • Duo Chair Pushups - (35reps [X] 5 sets)
  • Handstand pushups - (5 reps [x] 5 Sets)
  • Hanging leg raises - (10 reps [x] 3 sets)
  • Lying Bicycle Kicks - (50 [x] 5)
  • Bodyweight Squats - (20 reps [x] 3 sets)

    Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday

  • Chin ups - {10 reps [x] 4 sets)
  • Wall chin ups - (5 reps [x] 3 sets)
  • Normal sit-ups - (20 reps [x] 4 sets)
  • Crunches - (15 reps [x] 2 sets)

    Of course lar the second set of excecises are lighter,penat bebal~!
    Try doing handstand pushups lar...die with your bloody vessels popping out of your nose and your eyeballz pop out.

    And I promise,every godamn morning I'll crawl out of the bed and run.....erh,I'll just go low lar. 5KM only. Tiring noe...but i'll skip when I get back.

    I'm very interested to learn more about humans because we're THE most interesting thing to learn about. Yes,you and me. We are the most interesting to learn about.

    We change all the time,like women..their tempers change like every single minute. Guys get dumber and dumber by the minute.
    We change so much.

    Unlike electronics or mechanical stuff,they're like that. They're just like that. If you don't touch em,they'll stay the same for a looong time.

    Try leaving your girlfriend for two days,I daren't imagine the changes.
    Brrrggg......

    So right,wish me luck in my quest(every year same quest) to drop my bodyfat percentage to 8%. Currently standing at 13%.
